You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Polar’s refund policy.
All content on YMCQ — including questions, explanations, images, and design — is owned by YMCQ or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., profile information, notes). By submitting content, you grant YMCQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. YMCQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YMCQ operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
